Our process is organized, clear, and client-focused.

We want to hear your vision for your kitchen and bath designs, share ideas, and execute your dream renovation, new build, or design project. Depending on your timing, your scope, and your location, there are three ways we can partner with you.

You’ll fill out our discovery form. This will give us an idea of what you’re looking for such as a small bathroom remodel or a remodel kitchen estimate or perhaps a laundry room or powder room. Once we receive the form, you’ll be able to access our schedule and make an appointment for a 15-minute complimentary discovery phone call before choosing any of the packages available below.

During the discovery call, we will discuss:

• Your project’s vision
• Our design process
• What to expect during each phase of your project
• An estimate of your investment
• Timeline expectations

We view working with clients as a collaborative experience. Expect to be part of the team—the discovery phone call will serve as an interview process for both the lead designer and you as a client to explore the partnership and working together.

If you’d like to proceed after your discovery call, a two-hour paid consultation on-site visit is scheduled. Once you book and pay for the two-hour consultation, you’ll be able to access our calendar to schedule a convenient time for you and the lead designer to meet on-site. If you decide to move forward after the on-site visit, we’ll take a retainer fee and schedule an initial design presentation. During the presentation, you will be presented with conceptual renderings so you can visualize the space with the proposed design.

Then the project build truly begins—expect creative twists and turns, and a whole lot of fun.

Are you in the middle of a kitchen or bathroom renovation and need professional advice? Are you thinking of doing a little DIY kitchen design or bathroom design project and would like some creative inspiration? Or do you need help choosing materials, paint color, or finishes? This option is great for clients who are ready to tackle their renovation themselves and who will be managing their own contractors.

Suppose you’d like to proceed after your discovery call, you’ll then have a one-hour on-site visit with the lead designer to discuss the space you are planning to renovate or redesign—specifically your kitchen, powder room, bathroom, or laundry room. The designer will answer all of your questions, determine your preferences and the amount of your investment. Then, in the following three-hour meeting, the designer will offer sound advice about the space, and suggest cabinetry design, storage solutions, appliances, fixtures, materials, lighting options, and more. If you have preliminary architectural drawings of the space, email them to us prior to the first meeting.

Designer By Your Side experience is for a minimum of a sixteen-hour block of services. We advise our clients to avoid unnecessary risks when choosing the finishes for a kitchen remodel or bathroom design. When you start a renovation or new build, there are many decisions to make and details to think about—insight that comes from experience. Enter Studio Lily. If you need help envisioning a finished space, we’ll be there to hold your hand throughout the process of choosing the right materials. The benefit of hiring our professional services for sourcing finishes and paint color is that you will ultimately save time and money. Rest assured that all selections chosen will flow seamlessly—and beautifully—within your space.

If you have preliminary drawings of the space, email it to us prior to the discovery call. During this call, you’ll discuss and plan the sixteen-hour shopping experience in more detail. Once you have paid for this option, you’ll be able to access our calendar to schedule a convenient day and time for the sixteen-hour shopping experience.       

You’ll meet the designer at the design center or trade store of your choice. The designer will spend sixteen hours helping or leading you in choosing all the materials you’ll need for your project such as flooring options (e.g. carpet, tile, hardwood), backsplash, countertops, cabinetry, lighting, door styles, hardware, appliances, and more. Together you will also choose interior colors for your trims, doors, windows, baseboards, and entry doors. Once the sixteen-hour experience is over, and more time is necessary, you’ll be charged for any additional hours required. We are happy to help you in whatever time it takes.
